->HOW ARE SEATS ALLOCATED ?
Your booking is made in real time on our ticket servers; seats are allocated using an algorithm that selects the best seat available. A seating allocation on a plan is available for the larger events with numbered seats.

Our ticket system gives you ticket availability in real time from the moment that you place your order, according to the category and date you select. If seats are not available for the category or the date requested, our server will automatically offer you the best remaining seats available for the other categories or dates.

The ticket system automatically allocates adjacent seats; the type of seats reserved will be indicated (adjacent seats or not, armchair, foldaway seat, row, stalls, circle, non-numbered seats…)

-> METHODS OF PAYMENT: Payment by credit card:
This method of payment is always an available option. After selecting the card of your choice (Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard), you then enter your card number, expiry date and the security code on the back of the card. We have adopted SSL encryption for secure credit card payment ensuring the confidentiality of your credit card data. This means that from the moment they are entered by you and transferred via the Internet, they are impossible to read.
-> HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS ?
In the vast majority of cases, your tickets will be issued and sent the day after you place your order, excluding weekends.

The time taken to receive tickets and the cost of posting your tickets is handled by the ticket system according to your place of residence (France or abroad), the type of seats ordered (numbered or non-numbered) and the date of the event. Non-numbered seats must be sent by tracked letter as no duplicates can be issued in the event of loss of theft. A further example: from 7 days before the date of the event, tickets can no longer be sent by post, they must be collected from the ticket window of stores (See list of collection points) or in exceptional circumstances from the venue itself. In-store collection

Tickets may only be collected in stores. For a list of stores, click on the "Collection Points" link. The credit card used for payment as well as a form of identification will be required to collect tickets in-store.

Warning: these times given do not apply for certain highly popular events where the date of the event is far ahead in the future nor for events for which specific tickets are created. In the vast majority of cases, your tickets will be issued and sent the following day excluding weekends.

Depending on the value of your order and the dispatch address for the tickets we may be required to ask for extra information by email about the identity of the buyer.

A e-ticket is a print@home ticket available over the Internet only. Compare to the traditional ticket, the e-ticket is printed from your own computer with a different bar code for each electronic ticket.
